		You can obtain authorized purchase receipts for all purchases made at participating* McDonald's® restaurants, either in-restaurant, or at the Drive-Thru.

		Your school or organization can redeem the required amount of authorized McDonald's receipts for a variety of specially selected merchandise.

We will send to you helpful materials that will assist you in getting the word out in your organization so you can begin collecting receipts for "free" merchandise.

Some of the merchandise items are televisions, VCR/DVD players; specially selected items for Math, Science, Geography, Reading and more. See the unique life science products, classroom aids, educational games/equipment, and library materials. All products are high quality, educationally inspired from leading manufacturers and distributors, such as Nasco® and Highsmith® and Childcraft®.

Please note, this limited time program will expire on or before the redemption of test funding in authorized merchandise awards takes place.

We encourage all participating organizations to collect and redeem the McDonald’s purchase receipts as soon as possible, to take advantage of this special limited offer.

Receipts may not be redeemed after the expiration of the program, as described above. The test funding in merchandise awards is subject to prior redemption.

*Participating counties in Southeast Wisconsin: Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Waukesha, and Washington.

Remind parents and organization members to send clean, undamaged McDonald’s receipts only from participating McDonald’s Restaurants before they bring them to your collection location.
Decorate and place label collection boxes throughout your school. Collect frequently and redeem periodically.
Recruit volunteers to count, sort and bundle labels regularly throughout the program.
Use Student Government or organization volunteers to handle some of administrative tasks to show the benefits of cooperation and teamwork.
Since McDonald’s products are purchased throughout the year, encourage year-round collection of authorized receipts.
Remember, this program is a limited time program and will expire on or before the redemption of test funding in authorized merchandise awards.
No receipts can be redeemed after the program ends.
