1. Eligible organizations may participate in the Program and submit authorized and approved McDonald’s identified purchase receipts for redemption. (Authorized purchase receipts can be obtained through a purchase only at participating McDonald’s Restaurants located in the counties noted below.) Submitted receipts must be original McDonald’s purchase receipts obtained by purchases made by students, friends and family members of your organization. Authorized purchase receipts are receipts obtained from participating McDonald’s restaurants in the 10 county areas in Southeastern Wisconsin. (SE Wisconsin counties with participating restaurants: Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha.)

    Eligible organizations are public and private schools (K-12), accredited home school associations (K-12), licensed child care centers, public libraries, religious educational centers and Head Start centers having any of the grades K through 12 and pre-schools located in the 10 county area of Southeastern Wisconsin, including Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha; plus any schools located on any U.S. military installation, in those counties. Additionally, this program is offered to all youth oriented organizations who are dedicated to the instruction of children (K-12) in the areas of sports, scouting, education and other such organized activities. All participating organizations are required to possess tax exempt status, and will be required to provide proof of same, at the request of the program administrator.

    Receipts must be sent for redemption according to the instructions located on the RECEIPT PROCESSING page of the website (www.mcwisconsin.com). Merchandise redemptions are not valid until verified by the Neighbors Program Administrator, whose decisions are final. No facsimiles, mechanically duplicated reproduced or seriously damaged, contaminated, or unreadable receipts will be accepted.

    All redemption materials, order forms, etc. become the property of Neighbors and will not be returned. The Neighbors Program is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, seriously damaged or misdirected mail, submissions, deliveries or correspondence. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

  2. By submitting authorized receipts eligible organizations accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions eligible organizations, consent to the use of the eligible organizations name along with the names and/or photographs of anyone participating or shown for advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Proof of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions may be required. Participants may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  3. "MINT" condition receipts (receipts that have not been obtained from participating McDonald’s Restaurants purchases) and any receipt not obtained legitimately are void. Neighbors Administrators will make such determination in its sole discretion.

  4. Receipts from the sale of eligible products (eligible products are defined as any product sold at a participating McDonald’s Restaurant) distributed for sale at McDonald’s Restaurants, in the Southeastern Wisconsin counties of Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, and any schools located on any U.S. military installation in those counties. All receipts have a redemption value of one single receipt point. Receipts have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for merchandise offered in this program.

  5. Only receipts from the sale of eligible products are redeemable in the Neighbors program. Receipt submissions will be determined to qualify based upon the restrictions and criteria set forth in these terms and conditions and, at the sole discretion of Neighbors Program administrators or its designee (CBG) and will not be returned. All receipts/proofs have a redemption value of one receipt point.

  6. Receipts may be redeemed only for those items listed on the McDonald’s Neighbors authorized website (www.mcwisconsin.com), at the designated receipt quantities and units specified. The number of receipts required for any merchandise included on the website is subject to change at Neighbors Program administrators’ sole discretion. Neighbors Program administrators are not responsible for merchandise description or printing errors on the website, including errors, which incorrectly describe the item, make or model number or incorrectly lists the number of receipts required for each item.

  7. There can be no special orders, item substitutions, cash payments or requests to alter or change items offered, receipts, are not redeemable for cash, as they have no cash value. Merchandise is not transferable and no substitutions will be permitted except by Neighbors Program Administrators, due to unavailability of merchandise, at their sole discretion. By submitting receipts, eligible organizations agree to these Terms and Conditions. Neighbors Program Administrators, its officers, directors, subsidiaries or affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for any claims, injuries, losses or damages resulting from the Neighbors program or acceptance or use of any merchandise awarded. Payment of taxes and any other costs not specified herein and if any, on the items ordered is the responsibility of the participating eligible organizations. In addition, eligible organizations are responsible for all expenses ancillary to and associated with merchandise such as installation, etc. Neighbors Program Administrators reserve the right at their discretion solely to substitute items of equal or greater value for items which are discontinued or become unavailable or technologically obsolete during the course of the program.

  8. The terms and conditions of the Neighbors program, including but not limited to redemption, are made a part of these program rules in their entirety.

  9. Please allow approximately 4 (four) weeks from the date that your order is mailed for delivery of your merchandise (see Merchandise Redemption at www.mcwisconisin.com). Merchandise may be shipped from various points and may arrive separately. Merchandise can only be redeemed by and will only be shipped to the eligible organization whose name is listed on the Official Registration form.

  10. Any customer service issues regarding merchandise (shipment damage, operation, etc.) must be made in writing within 90 days of receipt of merchandise to the address in Paragraph 13 of these Terms and Conditions. Claims for non-receipt of merchandise must be made in writing within 90 days of the later of the date of order or date of receipt submission to the address in Paragraph 13.

  11. This offer is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

  12. This is a test program supported by a test funding commitment from McDonald’s of Southeastern Wisconsin Advertising Association, Inc., 3451 E. Ramsey Avenue, Cudahy, Wisconsin 53110, specifically for merchandise offered to eligible organizations and in accordance to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

    This offer expires on or before the redemption of the test funding in authorized merchandise awards takes place.

    Receipts may not be redeemed after the expiration of the program, as described above. The test funding in merchandise awards is subject to prior redemption.
